Looking for some JTAG device ID's

Hi,

I'm trying to determine the JTAG part number (from the device id) for the
following processors:

ATMega 8, 48, and 88.

I got a bunch of ID's from the documentation and from the avarice program

(i.e. ATMega16 has a part number of 0x9403).
