As i
use the external reset source (ex ISP programmer,) , i works almost fine(LCd,
etc works), the problem is when i remove the isp, the cpu seems to halt. I am
using internal clock so i cant check the oscilator.
If i
powwer on the board withoput the isp, it never stars to run

Is the oscillator running - check with a scope.
