Mike,

It seems relevant to me.  Most of your input (gripes?) seem to revolve
around it not being a Windows program (incomprehensible Makefile, can't
remember the parameters, lack of Windows binaries, etc).  Maybe you would
be better off with a Windows-only program.

As far as not being tested if there isn't a Windows version, there are a
lot of other platforms that it will get tested on (Linux, FreeBSD, Mac OS
X) that are outside of your Windows-centric world.
