JTAGICE mkII clone (was Re: Avrdude problems.)

The STK500 schematics are available for anyone to review.  The MKII 
looks pretty complicated.  I looked it over just yesterday. For the 
price I would not bother to try and make my own.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
