internal clamping diodes of the IRF530 like transistors are of fast recovery type, as documented, so supplying external clamping diodes (1n4007 in your part's list ) is not needed, and but if you insist on using them, try to use fast recovery shottky ones. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
