For the Caps, I would use:
And for the Crystals, I would use(might as well buy
a couple of each while I am ordering..):

10MHz
12MHz
16MHz
20MHz
25MHz
Basically, I just make sure each crystal has these
properties:
Load Capacitance
18pF
Package / Case
HC49/US
Does all this sound about right?

Must be the hc49/us. They are shown on the sparkfun website. They
are the mid sized ones.

I use 2x15pf caps only because I have lots of them.
The more suitable may be 18-22pf.
