I don't, because of space, cost, and potential EMI problems. Plus, I just don't see the need. There's nothing in the can other than a simple two-transistor oscillator, and now you have to assure a low impedance and direct ground connection from this can, to everything it feeds. Driving multiple chips is one advantage though.
