I have often wished there was some way we could teach people that theft of intellectual property is no different than walking into a store with a gun and cleaning out the cash register. I recently fired a guy, for other reasons, who I could have asked to hold thousands of dollars in cash with no worry that it all wouldn't be there when I asked for it back. But he saw no problem with downloading movies, software, music, or anything else from the internet...that wasn't stealing in his mind, because he had never made an investment in such things. I think the problem is these folks have just never invested weeks, months, or even years developing a product to sell...that was then stolen by others. Oh well...
