   Oops on me!   You wanted 8 I/O pins.  The ATTINY11 offers at most 6.
It is an 8 pin device.  Sorry about that.

   take a look at the ATTINY2313.   20 Pin DIP package, less than $1.50
qty 1, as I recall.
