AVR-Chat

Do the newer PIC chips have linear RAM addressing like the AVRs? 
When last I fiddled with PICs, I recall that they bank-switched RAM in 256
byte pages. Like the stone ages.

The 16F88 is the new "improved" version of the 16F84.  Vast improvements 
and very nice!

I just wish the PIC's clocked faster than f(osc)/4.  That's one place 
where the AVR's have them beat.
