I plugged microcontroller into Digi-Key, then selected Atmel and Microchip, then Flash, then anything DIP, then internal oscalator, then 6 I/O's it came back with the Tiny11 and a few others. But, That is why my question. I know that some PIC's require an external pin be dedicated when using the interal oscalator. Not sure about the tiny chips.
