AVR-Chat

I am looking for a board that I can use to connect a home data logging project
to the Internet (10/100-Base-T).  I would like to support a web server function
as well as sending email (periodic reporting data) and receive email (receive
parameters, uploads, etc.).


Some basic requirements I've established:

1) Resident protocol stack (i.e.: software provided with the board such as
EtherNut) that supports TCP/IP, HTTP (web server), SMPT, POP3

2) AVR based

3) JTAG desired

4) "headroom" on the board, both in program and data address spaces to allow for
future enhancement

5) RS-232 and/or RS-485 support

6) Other peripheral support (ADC, Digital, 2-wire, etc.) a plus.  The more
flexible the better.

7) I'm looking for an assembled board with protocol stack support that I can
compile (gcc preferred but I'll convert it if required).  I'd like to build a
board myself but my project timeframe will not accommodate it.


I have a basic understanding of sending email (SMTP) and receiving email (POP3).
As I understand it I can perform both of these functions using Telnet type
support but it would be preferable to have library support for sending/receiving
email.
