There are some other links where you can find ethernet boards with AVR.

www.drftech.com (with Atmega32)

and check again
www.achatz.nl for the WebTiger. A Ethernet add-on for the STK500. Ethernut 
1.3F compatible. (with Atmega128)

And also check UIP from Adam Dunkels.
