AVR-Chat

A couple questions - what do you have connected to Pin C?  Has there ever 
been an overvoltage on it?  I accidentally put 12 volts on an AVR I/O pin 
once and that pin was never the same again.

And have you tried several different chips to make sure you don't have a 
bad one?
