Well as I can not find an RTD in RS or Farnell that is cheap and will do the 
job (most have very short leads, and long lead ones do not have the upper temp 
I want (I want to get to ~300C for safety Margin)

So I will stick to Type K thermo couple, and just wait for my MAX6675 to arrive :)
