Hi Tim,

I cant help with your problem unfortunately, but am very interested in
 learning more about playing the .wav  files from the storage media.

Do you access it using a fat file system and copy the wav files in
from a computer ?

What format of .wav file do you use ? 8 bit mono ?

Any online documentation regarding the structure etc of the files ?
