At Microsoft Mobile & Embedded Devcon 2006 some participants are were given  Parallax sumo robot ( with modified PCB .. ARM7 CPU ). They can program using Visual studio C# to program and the .Net Mico Framework to load the code into the MUC using null modem serial cable. They are also provided with a sumo emulator.
