AVR-Chat

Hi.  I had a PDF from somewhere (I don;t think it was directly from 
Atmel) on the construction of an inexpensive USB programmer for AVRs.  I 
seem to have lost the file, and cannot re-locate it on the web.  Can 
anyone provide me with a URL pointer, please?  (this particular USB 
programmer was capable of 1.5 Mbps max, which for programming purposes 
is more than fast enough)
