AVR-Chat

I used the stk500.exe from the command line a while back, but I can't 
get it to work now.
I can program using Studio. When I issue the stk500 command, it appears 
to download,
but the verify fails, and the AVR won't run.

This is my command line:

<path>\stk500 -dATMEGA16 -pf -ifmain.hex -vf -z

(The -z is because I'm running it from a Makefile in Programmer's 
Notepad or emacs.)

I hope to get this working, since avrdude doesn't work with the stk500 
at the moment.
