ICC Compiler Error: !E <library> (188) : area 'text' not large enough

I keep getting this ICC compiler error:

 

!E <library> (188) : area 'text' not large enough

want size 74

lo 5994 hi 6000 size 7

 

What does this mean and how do I fix it?
