If you don't have to be pretty or volume you can take a 10 pin  
connector and use a Dremel Mototool to notch off 4 pin sockets on one  
side, or 2 on each side.

The 6 pin connectors are surprisingly scarce. Many years ago I was  
surprised at how hard it was to buy a particular sized standoff.  
Think it was 0.750". What was available cost more than a 0.500" +  
0.250". Doesn't appear to be the case today.
