AVRDragon external circuit power question

Hi Folks,

Is it possible to change the output voltage on a Dragon?  I have the
unit and I'd like to hook it up to a 3.0V circuit but I'm not sure
that I can change the voltage from the Dragon and I don't want to blow
out my prototype.
