The internal oscillator is a simple RC oscillator. It is
not a very good oscillator. The frequency changes with the
power supply voltage and with temperature but it does stay
within the limits given in the data sheet.
The data sheet tells how to change OSCAL. Normally, changes
with voltage and temperature are not desired. It is NOT a
good idea to try to change the frequency by changing the
power supply voltage. If you want a certain value, buy a
crystal!
