By the way you are loading both zl and zh from reserved+1.
Is it supposed to be so?

Interesting..

Yes, ZH gets the high byte and ZL gets the low byte.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
