A few years back I wrote a DOS QBasic program that I called RPM that simulates an RPM/Forth like calculator
that does base conversions to 16 bits amongst other things. Your
welcome to it. You will have to compile it with QBasic 4.5, of which
you should be able to download from the web somewhere, I don't remember where I
got it.
