ATMega16 ADC problem

Hi! I use ATMega16 1MHZ.The adc conversion results are strange. Fo example look at this:"10 11 11 12 13 (!) 40 41 ...". there is a jump from 0x13 to 0x40 which by frequency of 125kHZ there should not be such a thing.There are some cases like that. How can I get rid of that? Please help me. Thank you!
