ATMega168 EEPROM read time?

ATMega168 EEPROM read time?

2009-09-05 by enkitec@gmail.com

Hi,

I can't find the EEPROM read byte time in the ATMega168 datasheet.

Is this time the same as reading one byte from the SRAM?

    Thanks.

Hello, Mark -

It depends a little on what you call "read time". You have to load
several registers with address and such. Then, it is available
immediately.

There is no wait time like there is on write.
