UPDATE - AtTiny Communication Problem

Well new one hooked up... 1) Loaded drivers 2) Connected ISP 3) Upgraded firmware 4) Rebooted ISP 5) Disconnected ISP 6) Connected avr and psu 7) connected ISP to PC 8) "read signature" But the same result Then as one final attempt I tried replacing my power supply with a 3V (3.2V) flat lithium battery.
