UPDATE - AtTiny Communication Problem

UPDATE - AtTiny Communication Problem

2010-01-28 by Kenny M.

Well new one hooked up...
1) Loaded drivers
2) Connected ISP
3) Upgraded firmware
4) Rebooted ISP
5) Disconnected ISP
6) Connected avr and psu
7) connected ISP to PC
8) "read signature"
But the same result

Then as one final attempt I tried replacing my power supply with a 3V (3.2V) flat lithium battery.
No change there either.
