No kidding, I've been downloading it for 4 hours now and still only 85%. I am managing about 30kB/sec.

I just downloaded our new cad package of a similar size and got it in 5 minutes 25 seconds.

I was getting about 150 kB/s - 250 kB/s, for some reason, whilst other 
people were getting much lower speeds like you are getting. I usually 
get about 1 Mb/s with most downloads. I was able to download the new 
Xilinx ISE 13.1 in about 1 1/2 hours the other day, that really is a 
huge download!
