There are a few, here is a good one.

You can find the code on avrfreaks, search for HD61830 and you should find
the thread.

You will find there are plenty of examples if you spend some time googling
for the common LCD driver chipsets; HD61830, SED133x etc.

somewhere on his pages is the code c and asm
for usiung an avr to drive a 256 by 128 graphical display
(from allelectronics.com for US$18)

Also find the allelectronics.com page for the 256by128 lcd
and follow the links.
