Atweb PSTN problems!

Dear Friends,
We have some problems related to the Web PSTN board as follows,
do go through below:-
1. Dial Up Problem: Once getting connected to the Web PSTN board, we
can load the home page of the board into the browser. But, after
loading home page, web PSTN's demo program board doesn't respond
further! (hangs up by glowing up ORANGE LED). This bevavior is quite
strange. What might be the issue?
2. Modem Issue: When connecting to the web PSTN board, some times
Modem doesn't release the COM port!! Why is this so? We are EXACTLY
following up with the Atmel's Sofware Guide, but Modem behaves quite
strange. What could be the reason?
3. RS-232 Error: Flip software is not connecting with the Web PSTN
board for all baud rates. We could not understand what might be the
problem with the PSTN board.
