You can just download and install the package--there's no protection.
Having purchased from PRLLC before, a link is sent to you by e-mail with
a password to a protected Zip file.

The zip file on that web page is unprotected.  The PRLLC stuff isn't
try-before-buy AFAIK.

I just downloaded the thing to check it out (being a legitimate owner of the
package so I think that shouldn't get me associated with them scurvy dogs...

As far as I could tell it's only the VB program one can download (which is
OK) the other files are password protected and as they say one can obtain
the key from sales@prllc.com although the language and site looks a bit
suspect to me I really don't think that they are pirate scum and scurvy dogs
but then again there's so many of them that its hard to tell the pirates
from the sailors :D
