AVR-Chat

I want to work with Differential ADC in atmega64.I wrote my code with
CVAVR,it generates function "read_adc()" for reading adc channels,I
changed it a bit to read differential channels but it didn't work.
(I previousely used these codes successfully with atmega16/32).
Does anyone have an idea?
