Can anyone point me to info on the T26 at low voltage? Specifically, if I turn off the BOD, and rely on the watchdog, at what voltage does the WDT start/stop working? Also, does anyone know typical (rather than guaranteed) numbers for where the T26 actually stops working, using the internal RC osc at 4 MHz?

Odds are, there will not be a definitive "stops working" voltage. For example, you may start to have errors on EEPROM writes. Or, the clock may start to get off-frequency. The Atemel micros, especially, have been noted as working well at lower voltage at room temperature, but start to have problems approaching the temperature limits. As a result, you may not see the improper operation until some combination of conditions causes it to malfunction. Whether or not this is OK depens on the application. If its hobby, go ahead. If its a commercial product, don't do it. I use the Tiny26 in a battery-powered wand toy, and I've seen them working under 2 volts. I don't remember what the spec says, maybe 2 volts is not so low.
