AVRs to trade - cleaning out the component bin

AVRs to trade - cleaning out the component bin

2006-09-20 by Patrick Timlin

So I was sorting through the various AVR chips I have and realized I
have a few I no longer want/need and thought I would offer them up
here in trade for other AVR ICs I could use or want to play with.

Keep in mind that some of these are old chips that are now obsolete by
Atmel, which only means you can no longer buy these and do not want to
use them for a new product, but they are still perfectly good
microcontrollers perfect for your one off project or for general
experimentation and goofing around with.

All of these are DIP packages (no surface mount to offer) and if no
quantity listed, then it is one piece...

AT90S2313-10 (4 available)
AT90LS2323-4 (2 available)
AT90LS2343-4 (2 available)
AT90S4414-8
AT90S8515-8 (2 available)
ATMega163-8

In trade I am looking for any newer Tiny or Mega ICs that have SRAM
and a DIP package size no larger than 28-pins. Of course I am willing
to trade a couple/few of the above for each current production ICs you
have for trade (e.g. both '2323 plus a '2313 for your Mega8; that sort
of thing).

Due to the small quantities, I don't think I want to trade
internationally as the postage would be more than simply buying newer
model chips outright. Here in the USA, a few chips can be shipped in
anti-static foam inside an antistatic bag and mailed in a simple
bubble envelope for about 63 or 87-cents.

If you see something above you want and do not have an AVR for trade,
let me know and I am sure we can figure out a fair exchange (paypal me
a buck, mail me some stamps, send me a cool electronic component
suitable for an AVR project, etc.).

Thanks,
Patrick

p.s. are there many BASCOM users in the group or are most of your
assembly and C programmers when it comes to AVR coding?
