AVR-Chat

Anyone have working C (preferably AVR) code to initialize and write some
bits to the Crystalfontz 160x80 bit display?

 

I have some code from the support forum that I ported, I have gone through
the manual (which has several layers of typos) and I have gone through every
single bit of I/O making sure things happen when they are suppose to and I
get nothing from the display.

 

I know this is either s/w or hardware because I get the same results with
two different displays. But I am at the hair pulling stage.  What makes it
worse is that the LCD controllers are actually very simple to set up and use
compared to the old SED controllers.
