It's been a while since I started a new AVR project, and I just want to be sure that I'm not about to get in trouble. Are there any known problems with using the combination of WinAVR, Ecros AVR ICE-Cube (purchased late 2004) and ATMega2560? Thanks, Phillip

YES, the JTAG mk1 does NOT support the M2560 as you will be able to see from the drop down menu of a JTAG ice device menu.
