You may try SLE4442 as starting point, its very simple to access.
1. Try to find out the datasheet first by search engine.
2. Get the point of ISO 7816

I really appreciated your kindly response , according to the links I
have seen that the board for SLE4442 Smart Card interfacing with
PIC/AVR while I have FunCard & GoldCard , I don`t know which sim card
belong to and what is the appropriate socket for these Card.....

Thanks alot.....pls advice

Hi again,
Thanks for help....well I already have checked it but unfortunately 
didn`t find any schametic board belong AVR Smart Card programmer and 
another thing, the link listed above didn`t provide any code in .txt 
or .bas format especially hex file so I didn`t have any idea of AVR 
program ......appreciate that
