MIDI OX's default settings don't work so good for big Sysex dumps. You need to adjust two parameters: the buffer settings, and the pause between blocks. I don't have program in front of me, so I might be a little off on where these parameters are located. I believe the buffer settings are under the main Configure menu. Just doubling the buffer size and number of buffers should be fine. I think you have to be in the Sysex window to adjust the pause time. There should be a configure menu there and a parameter named "Pause after F7". Make this at least 4 times longer than whatever the default is. Hope this helps.
