REPAIRS: I got a refurb from ZZounds. It lasted about two days, then started making crackling noises, then went beserko. None of the oscs would tune, the "patches" sounded like the product of a bad random-patch generator, if they sounded at all. I never tried to see if MIDI i/o was affected. Zzounds sent another refurb, and it has been fine ever since. I did notice, however, that the CV in is not quite linear, no true 1V/oct for 0-5V range. Comes close, though. I don't think it was designed for true CV pitch-to-MIDI conversion, though this sure woulda' been a swell feature! ja ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ --- In Andromeda_A6-ION@yahoogroups.com, "hyppomauve" <hyppomauve@y...> wrote: > If you're talking about the A6...
