Alesis Andromeda A6

Anyone have problems installing the new OS? Itried to do it last 
night,and I'm not sure what happened.I used cakewalk Pro9 to do the 
transfer,via sysex dump.I hit the send all banks button,and it began 
transferring data.after a bit,it stopped,but I don't think it was 
finished.I read that it prompts you to do other things.It said 
changing OS 1.29 to 0.00,and never let me believe it finished.Does 
anyone know the correct way to do the OS transfer? I've done it with 
several other synths I own,but this is the first time it left me 
feeling thatm it wasn't done.Plus the fact that it froze up,and 
wouldn't make a sound,until I switched off,and powered up again.Can 
someone walk me through the correct way to get the OS transferred?
