Alesis Andromeda A6

I was about to say that flickering and weird behavior is caused by bad pots (which the knobs turn). In my case, it was the mod pot.

Try to ensure that it is the Osc1 pot and not a side-effect from some other pot, by disconnecting it and checking if you still get the flicker.
If identified, have you tried using an air-pressure cleaner? The kind that comes in a can?
Hopefully cleaning it, etc. should fix it.
