Since quality of effects is not a big factor, it boils down to how
easy it is to use the effects, and how easy it is to tweak them for
mastering.
It also depends a bit on how you use your A6.
If you like to render individual tracks from the A6, and work more in
Logic, it might make sense to do a clean render and add the effects
in Logic.
For me, Waves plug-ins are easier to use and more versatile than the
A6 effects.
If you define mixed modes and use them for real-time/live rendering,
it might be more efficient to use the on-board fx.
