A6 effects unit

A6 effects unit

2003-07-16 by arnaldocortega

I was checking the A6 manual (because I don't have an A6) and noticed
that the digital effects are pretty close to what I have in QS6.1. Do
they share the same effects unit or chip?

Arnaldo.

They are very similar, but the Andromeda has a slightly more powerful chip
and improved reverb algorithms. The differences you'll notice are better
reverb, more effects types - including multi-tap delays and an better
(easier to use, nice big LCD) interface.

Ben, Alesis

Thanks again, Ben. Do you have some developer subscribing other lists
about Alesis synthesizers in Yahoo (like 'alesissynthforum')?

Arnaldo.
