Alesis Andromeda A6

Here's a boneheaded mistake that hopefully other readers won't make 
with their Andromeda:

I bought my Andromeda about a month ago.  Shortly after I bought it, I 
noticed that one of the 16 voices never played and that Auto Tune 
always skipped that voice.  I emailed Alesis' technical support (a 
futile effort, BTW).  Meanwhile, there was much cursing and gnashing 
of teeth about having to ship my new and much loved Andromeda back to 
Alesis to get it fixed under warranty.  Luckily, right before I called 
to get an RMA number, I read the tuning trouble shooting part of the 
manual again.

It turns out that the missing voice was merely disabled.  Once I found 
the correct Auto Tune submenu and enabled the voice, it worked fine.  
I imagine I either accidently disabled it when I first started diving 
through menus (before reading the manual) or possibly Alesis 
accidently disabled it before shipping.
