Alesis Andromeda A6

Please help if this has happened to you:
-My Andromeda boots up fine, but I am getting no sound.  I have checked the 
keyboard internal midi settings and it is on local.  Also, I performed a soft reset.  Any 
ideas as to what is causing this?
