might well be that your in/out board is damaged.

There is a reset mode that calibrates all the controls and buttons, try a few of the reset procedures first.

Maybe doing a hard reset might fix it
as detailed here

I know this fixed my modwheel, where it wasn't returning to zero

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
