Upgrading can be done through a PC with MIDI
capability and a MIDI program like MidiOx. The upgrade is downloadable, as is
MidiOx. The newest version (1.12?) has some minor bug fixes like which caused
the unit to freeze, adds speaker modeling, and improves the tempo (BPM)
function.
Look through previous posts in this group to get
more info. Although I'm not sure you can do that, because you're new
here.
Your FCB-1010 / FC-200 question is not
simple to answer. There are things the FC-200 can do and the FCB-1010 can't, and
the other way round. You can download the FCB-1010 manual (www.behringer.de) but not the FC-200's I
think. Roland don't put their manuals on-line. Try to see if the FCB-1010 has
what you need. If it does, buy it. It's a lot cheaper than the
FC-200!
I hope this helps.
Joris.

I hope someone can help me out here. Thanks in advance!
