Boss VF-1 Effect Processor

i know that the the patches have been around for some time.but i am 
having difficulty loading them to the vf1.i use midiox,and when i 
bulk loading the midi indicator on the vf1 comes on,but nothing 
happens.i can load my own patches without any problems.
any ideas?
oh i forgot i have upgraded to vers 1.12 does that make any 
difference .
