Boss VF-1 Effect Processor

Related to my last post: Are there any dedicated MIDI CC's on the VF-1
or are the only Continuous Controllers the 4 assignable ones? 

This seems kind of limited to me given the VF-1's general
configurability. 

I have found one myself by looking in the MIDI document: CC #0 selects
the bank. Values 2-5 can be used to specifically direct Program change
messages to a specific bank (Preset A, B, User A, B).

It sounds like some may be reserved and I wonder if there aren't some
undocumented ones.
